I think this is defornatly worth a read, Christian Nock is walking unaided to raise money for Help for Heroes and sleeping rough to highlight the plight of ex-servicemen and women who become homeless.

Summit of Bowfell 902 meters (2959ft)

Two day lake district circular walk, langdale pikes, highrise, Allen crags, Glaramara to Borrowdale day 1, Scafell pike via corridor route, broad crag, Esk pike, bow fell back to Langdale day 2, unfortunately Sean had to go with a friend as i was unwell but they got some great photos :)
